One tool for Cork Phoenix, three ways to use it: an **MCP server** for AI agents, a **CLI** for people and scripts, and a **TypeScript SDK** for integrators. All three are projections of the same typed core (RFC 011), so they share one contract: 9 tools that read protocol state, run bit-exact math, decode bytes, and build **unsigned** transactions and orders.
