An MCP server that lets any MCP agent **read and send on-chain memos** on Base, using the native **B20** memo feature. It defaults to **`$MEMO`**, the agent-native "pen" for chain memos — human-readable view at **[memogram.pages.dev](https://memogram.pages.dev)**. B20 tokens on Base expose a native memo primitive:
